FYI,
Midi Dress typically between 26 to 30 inches in length measured from the waist. A midi dress can be anywhere from just above the knee to mid-calf in length.
Mini dress is the shortest in length. The hemline of a mini can vary from just over your bum to mid-thigh length.
Maxi dresses end around the ankles but never touch the ground. These are my personal favs! The length of a maxi is between 39 to 41 inches measured from the smallest point at your waist.
Lond dresses are often referred to as ball gowns or for formal events. A long length dress extends below the wearers ankles and flows to the ground.
